When reviewing one's Goals (or OKRs) during 1-to-1 meeting, parties may agree to temporarily discard some of Key results that are not relevant in current business flow. These Key results can be 'freezed' in two clicks. F key results can be easily re-instated later by unfreezing them. Here's how it works:

When browsing a Goal, you can find a snowflake button ❄️next to each Key result. These controls will appear when hovering a particular key result:

Clicking the snowflake icon will prompt the confirmation. When acknowledged, the chosen key result will be shown as greyed out.

When key result is freezed, the Goal completion rating will recalculate to exclude the influence of frozen key results. Still, the progress on a key result will be saved. Frozen key results can be move or edited when necessary.

How freezing a key result will affect the Goal weights?

If a key result was freezed, its weight is nullified. Such key result won't appear in key result weights, while its weight will be redistributed between other key results.

If a key result is unfreezed, it gets allocated an even weight value, while the weights of other key results are reduced to the necessary amount.
