There are seven key features in Performance:

  • Goals
  • 1-to-1
  • Feedback
  • Surveys
  • Quick Feedback
  • Development Goals
  • Competencies

You do not have to use all of these features, and in the performance general settings you can turn these features on or off.

📎NOTE: Only employees with administrator access can follow these steps. 

  1. Click your name in the top right, then click Settings
  2. On the settings menu click PERFORMANCE, then click General settings.
  3. Select the performance features you wish to have turned on.
  4. If required, select whether you want to show a My employees tab in the sidebar for managers, who are based on the org chart.
  5. Click SAVE.

External people

This is a list of people outside your organisation who can also participate in performance reviews. These people can be selected when you send out reviews.

  1. Click your name in the top right, then click Settings
  2. On the settings menu click PERFORMANCE, then click General settings.
  3. Under External people, click ADD PERSON.
  4. Enter an email address.
  5. Enter full name.
  6. If required, enter a description.
  7. Click SAVE.
