Use performance groups to give specific employees access to manage all aspects of the performance module for selected employees.

📎NOTE: Only employees with administrator access can follow these steps:

Create a performance group

  1. Click your name in the top right, then click Settings.
  2. On the settings menu click PERFORMANCE, then click Groups.
  3. Click ADD GROUP.
  4. Name the group.
  5. Select whether you want the group to have access to all performance module features, or just goals.
  6. Click SAVE.
  7. You can assign employees and managers to this group now, or do so later. To assign them now select the relevant people, then click SAVE. To assign them later click CANCEL.

Assign employees to a group

  1. Click your name in the top right, then click Settings.
  2. On the settings menu click PERFORMANCE, then click Groups.
  3. Click ELIGIBILITY on the group.
  4. Click on the Employees tab, then select which employees you want to be in the performance group
  5. Click SAVE

Assign a performance group manager

  1. Click your name in the top right, then click Settings.
  2. On the settings menu click PERFORMANCE, then click Groups.
  3. Click ELIGIBILITY on the group.
  4. Click on the Managers tab, then select who you want to be the performance group manager.
  5. Click SAVE
