While all time off policies have a default set of time off approvers, it's possible to override this so that time off requests from specific time off policy is sent to other employees.

To enable this, go to policy settings & click on "Enable specific approvers for this policy" & then select who will be approving time off. 

You can also select multiple approvers - both will receive the same time off request.


Note:

  1. This will not override existing time off approvers - they will also receive these requests at the same time.
  2. Selected employees will receive emails & see these time off requests in their dashboard but they will not be able to access employee profiles or any time off reports.
